There has been a rise in interest and participation in wild swimming, which i have always wanted to try! last year i finally had the opportunity to take advantage of the nice weather! and pop over to Treorci to test out the delights of the cold fresh water at Ffrem Fforch! These Ponds can be found from the Ynysfeio turn off /forestry track off the Rhigos road.
I couldnt resist taking a photograph of my feet in the ponds looking over the beautiful view! and this is the oil painting of that wonderful view plus my feet!
